Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 October 2026

Supplier: Proc Corp 209 CC T/A Digital Extreme, 127 Piet Retief Crescent, Sandbaai, Hermanus, 7200, South Africa.

1. Our services

Digital Extreme provides custom technology services, including websites, software applications, automation, integrations, and related support. The specific services, deliverables, timing, price, and payment schedule for a project are set out in the written proposal, quotation, or service agreement supplied to the customer.

2. Quotes, proposals, and changes

A proposal becomes binding only when it is accepted in writing by both parties or when work begins with the customer’s approval. Any request that changes the agreed scope, deliverables, or timing may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.

3. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and the content, approvals, and access needed for Digital Extreme to perform the agreed work. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery dates.

4. Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, milestone payments, and due dates are stated in the applicable written proposal or invoice. Payments are processed in South African Rand unless the proposal states otherwise. Digital Extreme may pause work where an overdue amount remains unpaid, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

5. Delivery and acceptance

We deliver custom work using the method and timetable agreed for the project. On delivery, customers should review the work promptly and notify us of a material departure from the agreed scope. We will address confirmed issues in accordance with the project agreement.

6. Delivery policy

Digital Extreme provides digital and professional services. We do not deliver physical goods. Delivery dates and milestones are agreed in writing for each project and may depend on the customer supplying content, approvals, feedback, or technical access. Completed work is delivered electronically or through the agreed platform, hosting environment, or handover process.

7. Intellectual property

Each project agreement explains the ownership and licence terms for its deliverables. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digital Extreme retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, code, methods, and reusable components. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own terms.

8. Support

Support after delivery is available only where it is included in the proposal or separately agreed. We will provide the contact method and applicable response expectations for supported work.

9. Privacy and contact

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For a question, complaint, or service issue, contact support@digitalextreme.co.za or call 072 523 5713.

10. Governing terms

These website terms are read with the project-specific written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
